Born in Talavera de la Reina in 1971, pursued studies in Talavera de la Reina, Alcalá de Henares, and Madrid. He received the Technical
Degree on Electrical Engineering by the University of Alcalá (UAH) in 1992,
the Master Degree on Electrical Engineering by the Technical University of
Madrid (UPM) in 1996, and PhD Degree on Electrical Engineering by the
University of Alcalá (UAH) in 2001. Since 1993 until 1995 he was a research
assistant in the UAH. Currently he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics where he has been teaching different undergraduate and Doctorate
courses related with Power Electronics, Robotics, and Intelligent
Vehicles. |
He has been
recipient of a Research Fellowship (Formación de Personal Investigador: FPI).
In addition, he has also received several awards such as the Best Student Award
of the UAH, the Electrical Engineering National Award, and the Automotive
Research Award granted by Barreiros Foundation.
